Execusitve AI Forums (Private)
AI/Data Science for Business
AI at the level of judgment, capital, and control
The Executive AI Forum series is a distributed, multi-city platform designed to support institutional-grade judgment on AI across regions, sectors, and governance contexts. Rather than presenting AI as a technical problem to be solved, the forums examine AI as a structural force embedded in capital allocation, industrial organization, and long-term institutional responsibility.
Each city within the series plays a distinct role. Zurich serves as the analytical anchor, focusing on first-principles reasoning and governance-level debate. Tokyo emphasizes execution, integration, and the realities of deploying AI within complex industrial systems. Dubai addresses AI in the context of capital formation, sovereign strategy, and accelerated institutional development. London functions as the annual agenda-setting forum, providing synthesis and directional clarity at the start of the year.
Together, the forums form a coherent institutional circuit rather than a sequence of standalone events. Participation is selective, discussions are structured for senior accountability, and outcomes emphasize clarity over consensus. The series is designed for leaders who oversee strategy, capital, and policy—and who must make consequential decisions about AI before commitments become irreversible.

Swiss Forum
The Executive AI Forum in Zurich serves as the institutional core of the series, convening senior leaders to examine AI at the level of capital allocation, governance structures, and long-term decision-making. Designed as a closed, analytical forum, the Zurich event prioritizes first-principles reasoning over tools or implementation narratives. Participants engage with economic constraints, statistical limits, and institutional incentives that shape AI outcomes at scale. Through complementary Council and Executive tracks, the forum provides a setting for rigorous debate, strategic recalibration, and cross-institutional dialogue among those responsible for long-horizon outcomes rather than short-term technological experimentation.

Japan Forum
The Executive AI Forum in Japan focuses on AI as an element of long-term industrial execution and organizational integration. Anchored in the realities of manufacturing, infrastructure, and complex enterprise systems, the Tokyo forum emphasizes how AI functions in practice within established institutional contexts. The Executive Track is structured as a guided exposure to real-world deployments, supporting senior leaders in assessing operational readiness, implementation risk, and coordination challenges. Concluding with a public conference session, the Japan forum bridges internal executive judgment with broader industrial dialogue, reflecting the importance of continuity, discipline, and systemic alignment in AI strategy.

Dubai Forum
The Executive AI Forum in Dubai is oriented toward AI as a strategic instrument within capital formation, sovereign planning, and rapid institutional scaling. Positioned at the intersection of emerging markets and global capital flows, the forum addresses how AI reshapes investment horizons, state capacity, and competitive positioning. Discussions emphasize decision-making under uncertainty, sequencing of adoption, and governance in high-velocity environments. The Dubai forum is designed for leaders who operate across jurisdictions and sectors, providing a platform to align AI strategy with long-term national, financial, and institutional objectives.

London Forum
The Executive AI Forum in London functions as the annual agenda-setting convening of the series. Held in March, at the close of the previous financial cycle and the opening of the new one, the London forum is designed for synthesis and priority-setting rather than inspection or exposure. Jointly convened with The Economy Research, the event brings together fellows, sponsors, and distinguished guests to reflect on systemic developments and frame the questions that will shape AI, capital, and governance discussions throughout the year. A public conference session is complemented by a private Patron Dinner for the forum’s inner institutional circle.
